I run into. Luckily I'one thousand not the only one. Accept been calling Citiphone and livechat for 4 sequent days now. All their "solutions" are basically the same. Delete cookie, try dissimilar browser, try mobile app, reinstall mobile app and resetting password. The worst office is they didn't even mention some other customers are having the same problem and go along telling me that their online service is up.
How long take u been having this issue?

yup, i cancelled it final week, after i cancel the got the fault since and then, i thought is normal after card cancelling until i check back the threads. lol

howdy sifus, but wondering is there whatever announcement the redemption rate of PM changed to 100PM : RM1?
I notice that samsung pay trx is having 100PM : RM 1 charge per unit. All the same, the citibank online yet use 80PM: RM1 rate. Contacted CS, according to them the 100PM : RM1 is effective on Oct 2018, but they unable to provide any official link / announcement...
Almost recent revision i found is effective March 2018, 80PM : RM1

Got my statement 2 days ago for my Rewards menu and annual fee was in there for RM 600.
Today decided to phone call to waive this and was tranferred to another department.
They wanted to apply my points to off prepare my annual fee ( 150 K points ).
I argue why must use my points ? All my 13 years with Citibank I was never charged. Fence and argue until I say I wanna cancel the card if yous dont waive.
CS says give ii minutes to check with superior.
Non even ane infinitesimal, okay waived for this year.
Then be ready to cancel the bill of fare. No betoken paying RM 600 while others are free.
